1. What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with us.

When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide:

• Your name, email address, age, user name, password and other registration information.
• Transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases or respond to any offers.
• Information you provide us when you contact us for help.
• Information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information and management data.

Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application.

2. Third Party Services & Advertising

We share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information as required by law or to trusted services providers who work on our behalf.

3. Cloud Backup & Google Sign-In

Some of our applications (including Manajer Kredit / Loan Manager) offer an optional cloud backup feature.

• If you sign in with your Google account (optional), we use Google Sign-In to access your name, email address, and profile picture to personalize your experience.
• Data you enter into the application (such as loan/debt records, payment history, and settings) may be synchronized to Firebase Cloud Firestore for backup and restore purposes. Only data you explicitly back up is uploaded.
• You can stop this feature at any time by signing out of your account, or by deleting your backup data from the application.

4. In-App Purchases

Some of our applications offer in-app purchases (for example, removing advertisements). All payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or other payment information.

5. Data Retention Policy

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.

6. Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. However, please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

7. Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. All activities will take place in Indonesia. If you reside outside Indonesia, your information will be transferred and processed under Indonesia privacy standards.
